If you still wish to put forth a bid to hold an event, here are the event bid forms to be presented to the Shire at a business meeting.
The event is now over, but your job has a few more steps left. You now have to fill out the event reports and send it to the seneschal, shire exchequer, ID exchequer, and Drachenwald exchequer.
